Trainer and Assessor The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Casual Trainer/Assessor who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering a quality service in accredited and non-accredited programs. We are currently seeking suitably qualified Trainers and Assessors for the following qualifications: HLT23215 CII in Health Support CPP30316 CIII in Cleaning Operations FBP30117 CIII in Food Processing Expressions of Interest for other Vocational Qualifications on our Scope are also welcome Reporting to the Capability Coordinator, the Trainer/Assessor is required to deliver flexible learning programs through a variety of methods including face-to-face training of skills sets at various locations as well as distance-based assessing. The successful applicant will develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders, including students and employers. Travel is required in this role, so a current drivers licence is essential. We Need Ideally, the successful applicant will have extensive experience delivering training programs utilising a variety of methods Must possess TAE40116 or TAE40110 plus the following units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders Proven ability to meet key performance indicators Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Ability to record and maintain records effectively Strong time management skills This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
