As the Assistant Manager you will provide leadership to the team through driving results while providing world-class customer service and experiences for the consumer, small business and community customers, ultimately empowering your team and inspiring them on a daily basis to be the best they can be!Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with your Manager to align on store priorities and communication to ensure a seamless employee and customer experience
  • Motivate the team to effectively and passionately deliver exciting in-store experiences showcasing the latest in products and service.

  • Drive a strong culture of operational compliance by providing supervision and accountability across the team

Skills Required
  • Experience managing large teams in either a Store/Cluster Management capacity OR managing a Department in a large store format
  • An experienced and well- rounded retailer with a minimum of 2-4 years management experience in a retail Store management OR Department Manager within a Big Box store format
  • A knowledge and passion for technology preferred but not essential
  • Natural leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
  • Adaptable and supportive
  • Loves being part of a brand and great company culture
