The Opportunity: Weare currently seeking aStore Managerfor our Noosaville store. This is a challenging and rewarding role as you will be tasked with the day to day management and ongoing strategy for a busy and profitable branch for what is one of Australias most recognisable building products brands. This is an autonomous management and leadership role that will allow you to utilise all of your previous retail and/or flooring experience. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the upkeep of the premises and the ongoing sales and marketing strategy that will ensure the ongoing growth of revenue generated by the branch. We require an experienced sales consultant with exceptional customer service and communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The Candidate: You will have strong attention to detail as well as the ability to drive and manage and work with a high performing sales team. You will be mature, responsible, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a bigger team in this family owned, national organisation. You must be able to work as part of a highly successful team but also to have the initiative to work autonomously to meet the needs of each and every client. Friendly, well presented applicants with a design industry background will be highly regarded. Desired Skills:
  • Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills to maximise opportunities
  • Retail experience with high customer focus
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and use your initiative
  • Professional attitude with determination to succeed
  • History of successfully selling in dynamicenvironments
  • Previous tiling or building industry experience preferred
  • Prepared to work a 5 day week,including one weekend shift
  • Ability to meet our high expectations
