Purpose Of This Position

As the first point of contact and as a brand ambassador, you drive growth of the business by maximising sales from enquiries and setting the tone for our customers to get excited for the exceptional experience to come.

    Role Details:

  • This is a part-time role with 25 hours per week
  • The schedule is: 9:00AM - 2:00PM Monday to Friday (QLD time)
  • The salary for the role is $30,000 + super.
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound sales, no cold calling all genuine warm leads.
  • Following up customers for up-sells to recurring plans and/or extras
  • Maintaining sales call log and CRM
  • Role Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast pace and high volume environment where prioritisation is a must
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Strong sales background
  • Highly self motivated
  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access
  • A background working for a home service business is not required but is a bonus
  • Willing to take ownership over your role

  • You communicate clearly. You write well and speak eloquently. You can speak to anyone from a busy working professional to a participant of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
