We have an opportunity for an Entry Level Receptionist to join our team at our Real Estate Office in Oxenford. As the face of our company the ideal candidate will have immaculate presentation, a positive outlook and an attitude to own this role.

Our office is looking for someone who is self motivated and able to communicate well. You will require the following attributes to be successful in this position:

  • Ability to multi-task and time manage
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Be organised with the ability to prioritise and work in a deadline driven environment
  • Have strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
  • As our first port of call you will need to perform these tasks:

  • Management of incoming telephone calls
  • Processing of Sales Contracts
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception and office
  • Greeting guests & clients to the office
  • Processing of bulk marketing mail
  • Effective document storage and management
  • Accurate data entry
  • Assist Sales Team as required
  • General office tasks as required
  • This is a full time position - Monday to Friday.
