In this role you will be responsible for:

*Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

*Managing rent arrears

*Repairs & maintenance

*VCAT preparation and appearances

*Conduct open homes

*Outgoing Inspections

*Process new tenant applications

In charge of your own growth and income together with support of management.

With this rare opportunity we are seeking a special full time experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio in very good order!

The successful applicant will be a passionate polished property manager with good listening and communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service looking for rewarded performance incentives. Must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate and drivers licence. Strong computer skills with ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
