About the businessPrimary OSHCare established in 2004 delivers high quality services to families and communities in the public, private and independent education sectors across Sydney at 40 locations.About the roleWe are currently seeking an experienced Before & After School Care Coordinator to lead and support the daily operations of our centre at Farmhouse Montessori on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.
  • Develop, implement and lead the programs for the centre
  • Create a fun and caring environment for children, parents and the local community
  • Oversee all daily centre operations
  • Build a strong and cohesive team

Skills and experience
  • An ability to manage a team and provide strong leadership
  • A commitment to delivering high quality childrens services programs
  • A solid understanding of current child care practices, processes and procedure
  • Good experience managing rosters, staffing ratios and centre admin
  • Great time management and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge or willingness to learn
  • A full working understanding of Child Protection and the Keep them Safe principles
  • Availability to work a split shift, Mon-Fri (supported by allowance)
  • Eligibility to act as a Nominated Supervisor
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
  • Degree or Diplomas in relevant fields of study
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
