We are looking for a dynamic and outcome driven leader to join us in the role of Manager, Supported Independent Living, Mount Gambier/Limestone Coast
As a leader, you will be responsible for building a high performing team, acting as a positive role model and ensuring that you uphold our values Heart, Opportunity, Community, Respect and Empathy.
Your commitment to person centred practices will ensure the development and implementation of strategies and practices aimed at supporting valued outcomes for clients and families. These include ensuring a high level of quality, achievement of standards, legislative requirements, service provision and financial management.
The successful candidate will have significant recent experience working within the disability sector and extensive knowledge of the Disability Services Act (1986) and Disability Service Standards.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in leading and managing change are desirable.
