Do you want to work for a well established small/medium law firm located in Brisbanes CBDThe staff in this firm enjoy what they do, they do it well and their efforts are rewarded and truly appreciated.An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Firm for an experienced Legal Secretary for our conveyancing team. In this role you will report directly to a Partner as well as working in conjunction with other members of the Firms Property Group.Your duties will include: Drafting correspondence and documents Transcribing dictation Preparation of bills Opening and closing files File management Data entry Other administrative duties as required To be successful, you will have: demonstrated experience in a legal support role (conveyancing experience essential); ability to work as part of a team; a high degree of attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organisational skills; skills in the Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook; and experience with SAI Global Property (Conveyancing Manager). Additionally, you will need to be punctual, well presented and possess a flexible and willing attitude to your work.
