Due to our ongoing growth we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative with exceptional sales focus to assist and support our SMB Sales Manager with new business acquisitions. You will be naturally driven and love to work as part of a collaborative and winning team.
What your typical day at Zip will look like: Build exceptional relationships with your prospective clients, as well as all internal stakeholders at zip including but not limited to other BDMs, AMs, Marketing, Product, Merchant Support team etc Ensure all warm leads are contacted in a timely manner Achieve your quarterly revenue target Knowledge share with the rest of the team with any new learning Participate in daily call blocks Be active with new ideas to improve (functions, processes etc) performance Competitor analysis and awareness
You will thrive in the role if you have Previous business development experience in any consumer brand business, financial services or technology. A sales mindset driven by the buzz of closing deals whilst delivering first in class service and building relationships Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Commercially astute, and professional communication and interpersonal capabilities (written and verbal)
