What you can expect: Create and qualify new business opportunities Use a consultative approach to manage the full sales cycle through to close Work cohesively alongside internal teams to close your opportunities Clear progression path to senior sales positions and management Consistent business development activity and research to increase market knowledge
What they can expect: A completed degree in Business or Finance Previous experience in working towards sales targets - Ideally in a B2B environment Display tenacity and strong business accumen Possess the motivations and drive to grow with the company Constant willingness to learn and always improve
