Job Description

Energy Services Manager - Controls With the global expertise gained from serving the environment for more than 150 years, Veolia operates in more than 40 countries around the world, with well over a hundred sites and approximately 4000 employees in Australia. Based out of our Rosehill office, your role as the Energy Services Manager Controls will be to develop and manage the service business in accordance with business goals and objectives related to revenue, profit, quality, customer satisfaction and return on assets employed. You will oversee the field Service / Maintenance activities for the Service Line of Business to achieve defined customer service levels, enhance customer goodwill, improve productivity, achieve service quality and profitability objectives, effectively manage risk, provide leadership and guidance. Your role will also be to generate and implement strategic and tactical plans within your region, all within guidelines to ensure efficient, cost-effective and profitable operations that are safe, legally, environmentally and ethically responsible To be successful for this role ideally you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a similar field
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with Trend and Tracer products, Data Networks and BMS
  • Effective communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, resolve issues, mediate conflict, time manage and make decisions
  • Demonstrated success in people management
  • IT Competence - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation and regulations specific to the area of work.
