Employment Lawyer The Firm This rapidly growing national firm is seeking to recruit an ambitious employment lawyer with a good mix of disputes and advisory experience for their expanding workplace team. Working with talented senior lawyers, this work will be challenging and rewarding, and will test your skills as a practitioner. The Opportunity This role will see you represent both employers and employees across Employment, IR, work cover and OHS matters. This will include industrial disputes, employment contracts, discrimination law and unfair dismissal, adverse action and workplace bullying claims, among other areas. Given the complexity of the work and size of the matters, you will be at least 3 years PAE with most of your experience being in workplace law. Litigation and ADR experience is also desirable, as more of the work is contentious than not.
