Digital Account Manager Wow Recruitment are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to work for a reputable company in Sydney CBD. Our client is a leading Digital Marketing Agency who take pride in their ability to help their clients, big or small. They have a supportive team of outgoing, talentedand enthusiastic individuals and are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their close knit team.The Role:
  • Manage client relationships and build rapport whilst maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Work with the Digital Analysts and strategists to plan and execute strategies ensuring campaigns meet the clients expectations.
  • Articulate campaign data and statistics to clients in a clear manner.
  • keep up to date with industry trends and news.
  • Ensure portfolio growth and revenue is continually generating
  • Ensure deadlines are met by project managing between internal team and clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in solution selling and account management
  • Results driven with the ability to meet KPIs
  • Understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Social and growing businesses using digital marketing solutions
  • Relationship building skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Educate clients to show that you are their trusted marketing advisor
