On behalf of this Local Council in the Inner suburbs, Charterhouse are recruiting a Customer Service Officer to assist within this busy departmentfor 3 months. This is a temporary opportunity working full time hours Monday to Friday. Providing customer service solutions within an call centre environment in regards to council assets Building relationships and encouraging the use of the services provided Data entry and other adhoc duties Objection handling
Key requirements: Local Government experienced would be preferred Contact centre experience is a MUST Be extremely customer service focused Have a strong work ethic Possess superior organisational and time management skills Be an effective communicator Have an intermediate working knowledge of the MS Office suite
