  • About the role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer a new role that will report to the Founder and Chief Executive and assume responsibility of a number of the current Chief Executive reports. Reporting to the COO will be the following business units; credit, settlements, financial control, capital management, people, operations and office administration. You will also be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the daily business operations of the company and the work of the team
  • Designing and implementing new processes and procedures as required to support scaling and growth
  • An experienced and efficient leader who has excellent people skills and leads by serving others
  • Leading your team to encourage maximum performance and utilse OKRs to achieve objectives
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Collaborating with the CEO on plans for corporate growth and business evolution
  • Development of frameworks to support growth whilst maintaining strong focus on risk
  • Evaluating performance and process improvement changes by analysing data and metrics
  • Attending meetings of the Board from time to time and preparing and presenting the information necessary or relevant to the Board
