Were looking for a senior leader to join our executive team. You will lead our entire delivery operation globally. This critical role is about the way we partner with our customers to shape, implement and support solutions. You need to enhance quality, drive collaboration and improve the speed of customer delivery. Your background in understanding services delivery is essential, you need to be able to talk the language of and lead our implementers, architects, project managers, pre-sales, consulting and customer support. This is a vital role in Squizs future, so you must be able to articulate the links and value between Product, Sales and Delivery for our overall success. You will advocate for global alignment and ensure the way we do things supports reusability and productised solutions. You bring thought leadership in this space, you think differently about the future, and can affect an agile approach to solve a wide variety of customers problems in a way that drives value every day. Your experience includes:

  • Extensive experience managing digital production teams from pre-sales and consulting all the way through to and including support.
  • Worked at a range of different sized organisations from small to mid-sized digital agencies to large scale management consultants or System Integrators.
  • Experience managing offshore teams across multiple timezones and has worked in different countries themselves.
  • Led organisations through the transition to being primarily lean and agile, ideally in a distributed environment.
