Assistant Building Manager The Opportunity
This is a brand new apartment complex that will be fitted out to accommodate the need in the market for fully serviced apartments in the Melbourne CBD. This role will involve working alongside the executive management team to ensure the building is maintained at the highest standard. You will be situated on site with the Building Manager and support them with all scheduled maintenance, contractor induction and administration duties.
Requirements Ideally 1+ years building management experience Exposure to facilities management Mandarin and Cantonese language skills well regarded Impeccable presentation Meticulous and pro-active attitude The ability to work autonomously when required but be comfortable as part of a team and able to offer good communication skills.
