Our client is a respected market leader with a National brand synonymous with quality, innovation and class. This tight-knit team is looking for aPERMANENT, PART TIME ADMINISTRATORto assist with work over-flow and other day-to-day duties within the Agency.
The role will be based on Reception and you will have set tasks for each day as well as assisting the Office Manager and the Property Management department with any overflow.
Your main duties will include: Answering phones and managing general enquiries Maintaining office presentation (spot vacuuming, empty bins, wiping down boardroom, cleaning glass etc) Compiling property data (using Realestate.com.au / RPdata) and producing letters from this data (Mail Merge) Using Client Relationship Management system (Agentbox) to update property/contact information and generate Stocklists/Open For Inspection Lists Maintain Key Register and Weekly Audit of Keys Filing Assisting staff with IT Troubleshooting (Print Errors, Paper Jams etc) Basic sales, marketing and rental administration (Sending Form 9s, creating brochures and signboard artwork etc) Assisting Office Manager and Head of Property Management with ad-hoc administration duties
You are enthusiastic and willing to help out wherever needed. You can work autonomously and will ask for more work when you have completed your daily tasks. You are a team player and enjoy being part of the bigger picture!
Previous experience in a Real Estate Agency is a must, as this will ensure you hit the ground running with day to day tasks.
